Please be informed that all cancelled container booking transactions are non-refundable. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are open to reviewing requests for exceptions.

If you need to cancel your booking, we encourage you to do so at least one day before your scheduled booking date. Cancelling in advance can allow us to accommodate other customers and maintain the efficiency of our yard operations.

Please note that all requests for refunds or adjustments will be considered on a case-by-case basis, ensuring they do not interfere with our operations and preparation.

Please ensure that all details in your booking are accurate, including the following: container size, container type, shipping line, and booking type.
